The Doylestown VFW Post 175 held our second annual party with the Delta 103rd Brigade Engineering Battalion (BEB) at Horsham Air Guard Station, Horsham, PA. in the Summer of 2019.

This was the second time that the VFW post members were able to meet the Soldiers of the Delta 103rd. A good time was had by all as the Army Soldiers told of their annual training The VFW members also had a few tales themselves including one of their own members at the party who had participated in D-Day, June 1944 in World War II - the invasion of occupied France by American, British and Canadian forces. The VFW had participants that day who had been in WWII, Vietnam, Kuwait, Somalia, Afghanistan and Iraq. The VFW Adopt-a-Unit Program is a formal operation which partners a VFW post with a U.S. military unit. The Delta 103rd BEB is an Pennsylvania Army National Guard unit located at Horsham Air Guard Station.
